Born into a family of four daughters, Sierra learned early on the importance of sisterhood. In high school she helped produce TV shows for the local community cable access channel. This path landed her in L.A. with a 12 year career in music video and commercial film production. The untimely death of her mother led to deep inner work and a resolve to create a magazine standing for women's self-love and acceptance. In that journey, she saw that the strength and resources of community were essential to providing the support needed to embrace our power. Six productive and insightful years later, The RAY is now a personal development company for women focused on the message of self-love. The RAY provides virtual and physical space for women to fully express themselves and connect with conscious community through uplifting publications, empowering events, coaching and workshops.
