Share a booth for only $125 at

Yoga Month, Sat. Sun., Sept. 20-21

For all of us working from and with the heart, as the number of holistic-green-alternative expos balloons, having a booth in every show just ain't possible! 
As the holistic audience expands, none of us can be everywhere at once.  

It's the perfect time NOW, this Sept. 2008, to share booth tables where you can get your message out without having to commit to full price for a booth or a full weekend of time to man it. 

WHCC plans to have a table at the following show:  

* Yoga Month at Loyola Marymount in the Marina/Playa Vista.  Show is two days, Sat-Sun. Sept 20-21

Q:  How does sharing a booth work?  

A:  HCC members sign up for "shares" in a booth for $125.  At the booth we have at least one strong "free something" like a foot massage.  HCC staff circulate in the crowd inviting people to come to our booth for the free service.  When they come, if they wish the free service, they must give their information first.  They sign up on a form requesting their name, best email & best phone.  The form then has boxes with an array of topics listed:  chiropractic, massage, energy work, etc.  The boxes they check relate to members sharing that booth.  The boxes people check tell us which services they are strong prospects for.  Each member sharing a booth gets copies of all the contacts.  The number of prospects collected per day rnages between 30 and 100, depending on show attendance, booth morale and booth teamwork.  

Booth badge sharing, manning the booth and who will perform free services when, is arranged mostly in the final week.  

Q:  Sounds like a good deal.  How do I sign up?

A:  Simple.  Any member is eligible to share booths.  Booth shares are $125.  Send to our PO Box 66880 LA CA  90066.  The sooner you pay, the sooner we can confirm your share of the booth.  Some members wish to physically man the booths and first-come-first-serve holds with the caveat we are looking for the strongest free services to attract the crowd.  Scheduling who is at the booth when is at the organizers discretion of the highest good for all concerned.  The booth schedule should be locked down at least seven days prior to the show.
